Works and Lasts Review by Kelli

This seems like a lot to pay for a small bottle when you first see it, but you only need a tiny bit so it really lasts. I've used it quite a bit for two months now and barely made a dent in the jar. My son has sensitive skin and it clears up any redness quickly. Good for any rash or scrapes from those baby nails too. Definitely worth the money for the safe ingredients. (Posted on 11/11/2014)

This is my favorite CD-safe bottom cream. It clears most rashes and also works well for cuts, scrapes, cradle cap, eczema, etc. we keep them everywhere. It smells great, too, and I feel safe using it because it's a 0 on the EWG's skindeep toxins database! (Posted on 7/16/2014)

I've only been using this for a few days but it immediately go rid of redness on my baby's bottom. It smells really good and you only use a very little amount so it will last forever. I will probably order some more for myself. (Posted on 2/21/2014)

We use EMAB bottom balm on baby's diaper rashes and her eczema. It always helps within a few hours. And it's cloth diaper safe! Smells good too!! (Posted on 1/20/2014)
Worth the cost Review by Rhea

We have an almost 8-month-old baby and have been using this pretty much from the beginning. The jar is down no more than halfway. I never bothered with more conventional diaper rash creams so I can't compare, but I just love this stuff. It smells fantastic and is effective, plus is safe for cloth diapers. Baby has never had severe diaper rash, and maybe it's just because we're lucky, but I like to think it's because we use this balm at the first sign of any redness (also, we practically never use wipes, just wash him in the sink with water and mild soap) and any sign of it clears up quickly and painlessly. The tiny jar does seem a bit expensive, but even if it didn't last a ridiculously long time it would be worth it. Makes a great gift for that reason! (Posted on 12/28/2013)
good for healing, not for preventing Review by whatev2070

This is a great balm to help baby's rear heal from a rash, especially from an agressive yeast rash. It is not good for preventing a rash, but it is good to use with a more agressive rash cream to promote quicker healing. I have found that it is best used directly on the skin followed by a zinc oxide cream on top to protect the skin from moisture. (Posted on 12/11/2013)
Good for minor rashes Review by Karen

This works well if you use it at the first sign of a diaper rash, but not when there is a bad one. I also have enjoyed using it for cradle cap and when my hands are really cracked. It is expensive, but has lasted 10 months so far. Make sure you don't store it in high heat. Our a/c broke when the temps were really high and it changed the consistency to small beads. Won't be using for diaper rash Review by Aleshia

My poor baby had a diaper rash and this didn't even touch it. I won't be using it for diaper rash, but I do enjoy the smell and was impressed when I used it on a scrape on my daughter's face from her nails. I plan on using it on myself and my husband as needed, and hopefully will work better than on diaper rash. (Posted on 8/6/2013)

This is hands down the best diaper rash cream! If I could give it ten stars I would. I almost had to stop cloth diapering because LO would not stop rasping. I tried everything and this is the only thing that worked. I even wrote the company because I was so impressed! (Posted on 6/22/2013)

I love love love this diaper rash cream. It works great for all kinds of skin conditions. My only complaint is that it needs to come in a bigger size because we go through it so quickly! (Posted on 5/7/2013)

This cream is fantastic. It doesn't stain the cloth diapers and cures the rash quickly. I use it for any irritated skin and I am impressed with the results! At first I was worried the small jar wouldn't last long, but after a few months of regular usage we still have a good portion left. (Posted on 1/17/2013)

I love the smell of this stuff. It smells much better than conventional diaper cremes. I only use it when my daughter is looking a little pink and we haven't had a full blown rash yet! I also love that I know what most (if not all) of the ingredients are. (Posted on 7/17/2012)

I haven't found this particularly helpful for a bad diaper rash (like those resulting from a poo in the middle of the night) but for minor irritations and everyday preventative use it's perfect. (Posted on 1/24/2012)

We don't use this exclusively, but it is in our top 3. The simple fact that we put this on our kid says something about how nice it is. I would recommend it to anyone for anything from diaper rash to scratches. It works on everything and it lasts a really long time. (Posted on 8/17/2011)

A little pricey but I love this diaper cream! It clears up my sons diaper rash and smells great! His skin gets dry in the winter, so I also use it as a lotion for his arms and legs. A little defiantly goes a long way! (Posted on 2/28/2011)

I'm so glad to finally have found a diaper cream that works and smells good too!! I was using a non-cloth diaper safe cream since that was the only kind that was working and had to use bio-liners. That is until I found this bottom balm!! Works wonders, not only on diaper rash, but other things as well. I had a rash/reaction to something and used the bottom balm just to try it and it helped immediately. Love it!! (Posted on 8/16/2010)
Good product, lots of uses! Review by Raphaelle

Of course it is very good on diaper rash (although, for bigger rashes you might need something a bit thicker). If used as soon as a redness appears, it will do an amazing job. It is safe to use with cloth diapers.
I would recommend also using it for small rashes (heat rash, eczema...), cuts, scrapes... for babies and grown-ups too!
A little goes a long way, so don't let the price stop you.

We have to deal with a lot of diaper rashes from the beginning. This is a really nice product to use with your cloth diapers. We had good success with it and don't have to worry about the inserts to be clogged up with cream.
You don't need a lot so it last a while.
Also smells really good.
