Perfect for light use
I haven't found this particularly helpful for a bad diaper rash (like those resulting from a poo in the middle of the night) but for minor irritations and everyday preventative use it's perfect.

This is worth buying
We don't use this exclusively, but it is in our top 3. The simple fact that we put this on our kid says something about how nice it is. I would recommend it to anyone for anything from diaper rash to scratches. It works on everything and it lasts a really long time.

We have a chunky monkey little guy who gets rashy in various fat rolls. A little bit of this clears him up. Love it.

Awesome cream
A little pricey but I love this diaper cream! It clears up my sons diaper rash and smells great! His skin gets dry in the winter, so I also use it as a lotion for his arms and legs. A little defiantly goes a long way!

Finally a diaper cream that smells GOOD!!
I'm so glad to finally have found a diaper cream that works and smells good too!! I was using a non-cloth diaper safe cream since that was the only kind that was working and had to use bio-liners. That is until I found this bottom balm!! Works wonders, not only on diaper rash, but other things as well. I had a rash/reaction to something and used the bottom balm just to try it and it helped immediately. Love it!!

Good product, lots of uses!
Of course it is very good on diaper rash (although, for bigger rashes you might need something a bit thicker). If used as soon as a redness appears, it will do an amazing job. It is safe to use with cloth diapers.
I would recommend also using it for small rashes (heat rash, eczema...), cuts, scrapes... for babies and grown-ups too!

Works well
We have to deal with a lot of diaper rashes from the beginning. This is a really nice product to use with your cloth diapers. We had good success with it and don't have to worry about the inserts to be clogged up with cream.
You don't need a lot so it last a while.
