The Original Co-Sleeper® Bassinet
When a playard is a necessity, Arm's Reach® is always the answer. This unit converts into a handsome and sturdy playard with a double nylon floor and industry-approved safety locking arms. It also functions as a free standing bassinet and co-sleeper® bassinet.
The Original is 40" x 28" x 31" and has a weight limit of 30 lbs. in the co-sleeping position and 50 lbs. when used as a playard. If your bed is greater than 24" tall, a leg extension kit can be purchased at an additional cost. Made of steel tubing, polyester and quilted cotton blend twill. Comes with one fitted sheet.
The entire unit folds up into a 10"; x 10"; x 32"; nylon carrying case with sturdy carrying strap. Arm's Reach® fits easily into the overhead luggage compartment of most commercial airplanes

Great co-sleeper
We alternate between having our four and a half month old in bed with us and in the co-sleeper. I love traditional co-sleeping, but the co-sleeper was wonderful when I was recovering from my little one's delivery and didn't want to co-sleep, as I was on medication (and still a little nervous about co-sleeping!). It's also great now that we're trying to give him just a little room. It still keeps him very close and is wonderful for nighttime nursings. We have the natural-color, and it's just beautiful and looks lovely with our wooden furniture. We also love how it doubles as a pack-and-play.
The only downside is that they recommend that you stop using it once the baby can pull himself up onto his knees (thankfully we have not yet reached this stage!) This might mean a crib or toddler bed to transition to a regular bed, depending on the child. However, short of having the child in the parent's bed, there is no better option for caring for the child at night!Posted on 4/17/11 by Amanda

Love my co-sleeper
I bought a Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper with my second child, and I wish I would have had one with my daughter. I love being able to reach over to nurse him. So much easier than trying to sleep next to him in bed.

This is the best!!!
This is the best baby thing I bought. When my son was born he slept in the bed with us. I loved him being so close (especially for night nursing) but I did not sleep much because of the fear that I would roll over on him. So I started using the co-sleeper and it is great! I have my son close so night feeding is still easy and I sleep so much better.

Safest co sleepee
I wish we had this to begin with. My husband insisted a plaupin would work but being sore it Hirt to get up and look over the edge to check on out baby. I finally bought this and love it. Made my life so much easier without the stress of the baby being in our bed. I will def. Use this for our other children to come!
