I brought a box of this to the birthing center for my second birth and had a double cup almost immediately after delivery. I continued to have some every day and my afterpains were much less intense than after my first delivery even though the opposite is supposed to be true. Now when I'm feeling a bit crampy I have a cup of this before I turn to the ibupropfen and 9/10 times that's all I need. Oh, and it tastes delicious!
