Great insert I am new to cloth diapering, and we are using the GroVia hybrid system. The soakers are very absorbent, and so far do not seem to hold any odor. While the disposables we used during the first two weeks had many leaks, we have yet to have one of our cloth diapers leak. There are a few downsides to these liners however for our family...they seem to stain easily, so I have to lay them in the sun after each wash, and they are very bulky on our little 6 week old. Also, I am interested in trying the Stay Dry soakers for nap times since these do not keep her dry and she wakes up frequently. We use BumGenius at night and for nap times right now. Very happy with these liners! We recently added GroVia covers and liners to our stash and I am very happy with the product! My son is chunky monkey and we have had issues with some other brands of covers and liners. So far GroVia has been perfect for him! The gussets on the liners keep his messes contained which makes me a very happy momma! The only draw back (complaint of sorts), for me personally, with the GroVia liners is the cost. My son is a heavy wetter and we change him every one to two hours. Because of that we are unable to use GroVia liners exclusively (which I would love to do and hope to build up a supply to do this over time) so we also use prefolds with the GroVia covers which works well also (but not AS well as these liners)..l Posted on 3/1/12 by Q's Mommy

very absorbent but not very comfortable I have several of these, and although I love how absorbent they are, they are very scratchy. I don't like to put them against my baby's bottom (especially after they have been line-dried!) so I use them as an extra liner at night-time, sandwiched in between some softer hemp liners. Love the new material! We have a 3 month old and have been using diapers since she was born. When we first bought the GroVia Soaker Pads they were made in cotton and also in terry cloth. I like the jersey material better because it dries nicer and cleans off easier. The only down fall to the pads are that they don't quite cover on the sides and the covers then have to be washed. Soakers I love these soakers. The best part is you can change them out and still use the cover as long as it is not soiled. I also like that they clean very well. The only thing is they take awhile to dry. I guess this is because they are so absorbant. Posted on 5/10/11 by kaci

Love the absorbancy and waterproof back! These are trim, easy to switch out and keep your hands clean, and really absorb a lot. I'm impressed.
