Functional and less wasteful I didn't have to use nursing pads for very long- I used these for the first month after my son was born and then found I didn't need them anymore. I liked the idea of being able to wash them as opposed to throwing them away like disposables. I also had them on hand just incase I needed them with the birth of our second child. Wish I would have switched sooner! I wish I would have switched sooner! I don't know why I didn't, I put my baby in cloth to be more comfortable... why not me! Not only are they more comfortable, they dry quick, and I don't have the guilt of throwing them away. No more disposables at all for me, diapers, nursing pads or menstrual pads! great for at home use I really like these for night-time and at home daily use. I find that the organic cotton is much softer and more comfortable than disposable pads are, but they have a tendency to bunch up and leak through during daily wear, so I will probably not be wearing them much out of the house. Also, they air dry quickly and I would recommend that after washing so they don't come bunched up out of the dryer. Posted on 12/31/10 by Marylena

Great find! After using disposable nursing pads for a couple of months I was shopping in Barefoot Kids (Note: TGN's Retail Store) and saw these. I purchased two packages and highly recommend this product. They are so soft and extremely comfortable! NO more disposables for me. They wash great but I would recommend air drying to keep their shape. I just priced checked with Target's brand which are 17.99 for the same amount and not organic cotton!!
