Very calming for overwhelmed mamas

I don't know if it's simply stopping to sip a cup of tea or if the tea itself is very calming (a bit of both I would say!), but it works.
I am not pregnant any more but still enjoy this tea a lot. It helps dealing with the stressful life of a stay at home mom! Oh, and it tastes delicious! I usually drink it hot but I am sure it would also make a very nice ice tea for those who prefer it that way!
