Pretty smooth taste I prefer the taste of this tea over some of the others. It has a smooth mild taste that I can drink all day. My milk has been slow to come in and this really worked! My doctor asked me to supplement (formula) my underweight newborn until my milk fully came in. Now after 2 days of this tea I'm working on scaling back the supplement! Posted on 11/1/11 by Kim

really works! My milk seemed to increase after drinking this tea, based on my son's sucking patterns--there was definitely a stronger milk flow! I'm not the biggest fan of the taste (it tastes rather like licorice) but a little vanilla-flavored coffee creamer makes it taste pretty good. Posted on 5/10/11 by Amanda

Wonderful Nursing Tea I love this tea. I had nursing issues with my 2nd child and this helped with my milk supply.
