Heavy Wetter? Add these to your favorite pocket diaper for boosted absorbency. Hemp is known to absorb 3 times the amount of liquid vs cotton by weight. So with out adding a lot of bulk, you can beat those heavy wetter blues!
BabyKicks Hemparoo® Doublers add that extra little bit of absorbency that's needed from time to time. Our Doublers give just the right boost in any cloth diaper! Four layers of natural hemp/certified organic cotton fleece.
Prewashed measurements are 5" by 13". All products are made individually by hand and actual measurements may vary slightly. Expect approximately 15 % shrinkage after washing.

For me, these inserts are a way too expensive for their quality. After first single wash they have shrunk in a half of the size. So, I kind of paid for one full size inserts and after wash I got the half of the insert. Trick of the merchandize? I recommend this inserts only for newborns

We just purchased these after being recommended them by TGN actually to answer our heavy wetter issue for nighttime. We use them with our Tots Bots and our Freetime AIOs and they work great. They aren't bulky and they add so much absorbency! No leaks for our girl. Highly recommend them for doubling up overnight.

I use this as a doubler tucked behind the inserts in a BumGenius Freetime overnight for my toddler...we have NEVER had a leak, and she is a very heavy wetter! She is 100% dry in the morning and the insert is SO heavy when I take it out in the morning - completely soaked and yet still holding everything! We will definitely be buying more for baby #2.

I bought these to use with my Bumgenius diapers because my 7 week old is a heavy wetter. The one size inserts that came with the diapers are too bulky for him and he has leaks with the newborn inserts. These hemp doublers are the perfect size and absorbency. I use them with a newborn insert at night and during the day I use them alone. These don't make the diaper bulky and there have been no leaks so far. They are the perfect length with the diaper set on the smallest rise.

I was hesitant to use CDs at night - we had only been using disposables because I didn't want to ruin a good thing (10+hours of sleep at night!) I tried putting my baby in cloth diapers at night before, but she always woke up early and soaked. These inserts were a life saver. They are THIRSTY! In our BG 4.0s we put one of these on the bottom, and a newborn insert on top (so it isn't too bulky). My daughter sleeps throu the night and we haven't had a single leak. In the morning, her diaper is so dang heavy it's unbelievable! I'll definitely be buying more of these as my daughter needs more absorbency during the day- they really are great! As a reference, the inserts shrunk down to the same size as a BG newborn microfiber insert, and they take a long time to dry, but that's to be expected as they hold so much liquid.

We received one free with a purchase, and will buy some more at next order, so one can be used every night. Our newborn is sleeping through most of the night, but was soaking through the night diaper. After we added this insert, no more issues!

We use this in our BG 4.0 at night in addition to a regular BG liner. These suckers hold so much it's almost nasty (but in a good way)! At 3 months old she sleeps from 10:00pm until between 4 and 7 am with no leaks and let me tell you that diaper is heavy when we take it off. Well worth getting several of these in my opinion!

I haven't yet used my pocket doubler, but I bought it to test out for overnights with my DD. I don't yet need it, however, as DD hasn't leaked through any of her bumGenius AIO's. She will be 5-monthd-old next week.
What I can say about this doubler is that it is very thick and feels VERY absorbent. It did shrink a little bit in length upon first wash, but that's okay because it is still the perfect size to fit into my bumGenius 4.0's.

These really give you a lot more absorption especially when paired with another insert. I have used them in my grovia shells for night time and they haven't let me down. they are very trim and thin so doesnt add a lot of bulk if doubling them with another insert. The only downside i found was they take quite a bit to dry but so do my organic cotton ones, it isnt a big deal for me but that may be for someone else.
