This is THE All-in-One soft baby carrier, assisting you through all the stages of your baby's growth and moving from front to hip to back position easily. The ERGO Baby Carrier's ergonomic design supports a correct sitting position for the baby's hip, pelvis and spine growth. It disperses most of the baby's weight between the hips and thighs, which helps to eliminate compression of the spine when hanging by the crotch which most other designs require. The ERGO also balances the baby's weight to parents' hips and shoulders, and alleviates physical stress for the parent.

I loved the way this looked so cute! When she was young it felt ok, but as she got bigger it was too uncomfortable. I switched to another carrier when she was about 15 pounds. It is made well, great quality just not very comfortable.

I bought the Ergo baby "marine" it is the same as this, only a different print. I love how easy it is to put on and take off. My husband is a foot taller than me and he has no problem putting it on and adjusting all the straps. I would recommend this to a new mom who wants to save a little money on a structured carrier. The Tula is more expensive but has some extra benefits that the Ergo does not. One being the head support comes up higher ( to support babies necks) and the straps are more comfortable for longer periods of wearing. I can wear my child for about 3 hrs before the weight starts to wear on my shoulders. My husband can wear it longer. Maybe I am just a wimp! Anyways, this was a great buy and it holds up very nicely!

ever since i found out i was pregnant (a year ago tomorrow), i knew i wanted an ergo! my aunt bought me this one and i love it! even with the infant insert, my princess was too small at first but with the help of my breastmilk, she quickly grew into it and now we love it for shopping or even just doing stuff around the house! i love that i will be able to comfortably wear her into her toddler years

I just recently bought this carrier. I had to scrape up enough because it is a bit pricey. However it is completely worth it. I own a Boba wrap which worked great at first when my baby was a newborn. Now he is wanting to look around and have his arms free, and this carrier allows that. I love the color. I was torn between this one and the night sky one. But I picked Galaxy grey because I didn't want to overheat with darker colors when outside. The stars look white but they actually have a silver tint to them!
The shoulder straps and waist strap are padded well and pretty comfy. Added bonuses is the zippered pouch and also the safety band that goes around the waist buckle just in case it breaks. The buckles are all hefty duty tough so I don't think it would be a problem. I can't try the back or side positions yet but I look forward in trying them! I recommend this carrier to everyone!

I was hesitant to buy the Ergo due to the price since I own a ring sling and a Mai Thai already ( which baby did not like ). I only use the Ergo now with my second baby. I can breastfeed in the grocery store, doctors office, preschool and no one has any idea what I'm doing! It is comfortable to wear all day and is easy to put on/take off when you are out running errands. I can get things done around the house and chase a toddler with no problems. My daughter feels safe and secure and is perfectly happy to go anywhere as long as she can ride in the Ergo. I don't leave the house without it. It washes great and still looks new after daily use for 4 months. This is by far my most loved baby product!

Perfect for toddlers! I love using my carrier to carry my 2 1/2 year old toddler. I also loved using this with the infant insert when my daughter was a newborn. When I saw this carrier for the first time I just had to have it. I love the design!

This carrier is perfect! If so comfortable to wear. It's got multiple functions. I really like they you can front, back, or hip carry. And the front zipper pocket is so convenient.. The hood is perfect for little one if they fall asleep so their tiny heads don't bobble around. Definitely saving for a second!

I am borrowing this exact Ergo from a friend so we could decide if it was the carrier we wanted to purchase. And oh yes! We have a wrap, a sling, and a ring sling and have grabbed this more than any other carrier in the house. My 19 month old loves it and will fall asleep in it after minutes! (which is a huge deal because she hasn't fallen asleep on me in months!) I highly recommend the Ergo!!

I have been toting my little peanut around in this since he was about 4 months old. I feel very secure with him in it, it is obviously attractive, and I really like that it has a pocket and little holder for say.. phone, keys, etc. I love it for the Farmer's market. It is just great to have a baby carrier you can also nurse in.

Okay, it's not priceless---it does have a price. But it IS worth every penny. I bought a Moby Wrap first, after all the rave reviews. But it's not always practical. It readjusts on you all the time (you can't just leave it on all day and put your baby in it as needed, because it always shifts), and as it stretches out after each use you have to untie it and retie it tighter. Given the really long length, as well, it is impossible not to have it touch the floor when you're outside and trying to put it on in a hurry.
As such, I decided to cave and buy an Ergo. I've only had it a few days, and I am already preferring it 100x over the Moby Wrap for my 11-week-old son. It feels better to wear, and it is incredibly flattering from the front. I chose the Galaxy Grey in particular because it's neutral, and won't attract too much heat from the sun in the summer, but it won't stain or get as dirty as something white or other similarly lighter colors would. The Galaxy Grey is absolutely adorable, I love the pattern!
If buying for a newborn, definitely purchase the insert so the Ergo can be used right away, I have heard some people use the insert for even 5 months, so it is worth the investment!

I love my ergo! It's so simple to use for a front or back carry (I've never tried a hip carry). It's easy to toss in the car and have while you are out and about. You will get many many miles out of your ergo.

This carrier is well worth the money! You can carry baby on the front, hip or back. My daughter loves the front and hip carries (she is 6 months old). The carrier is easy to put on and take off, which was nice after dealing with wrapping yards of fabric around myself with a wrap. We started using this carrier just before she was two months old and we still use it all of the time. The pocket on the front is really nice for putting keys and a cell phone in so they are easy to reach.

got this as a gift and it's been a lifesaver! i tend to use the moby a lot, but my husband, refusing to wear purple, goes for the moby. baby loves it, daddy loves it ... perfect! way better than having to push a stroller around :] we love the ergo!
