Can I use multiple codes per order? No, there is a limit of one coupon code per order.
Can I place multiple orders? Yes, but there is usually a limit of 2 uses per coupon per customer (yes, different names at the same address apply)
When do the coupons expire? Each coupon will last as long as the ad is shown. In some cases we will remove the ad and leave the code active a couple of days so people that take a long time with decisions will still be able to use it.
What happens with the free gift in the case of Returns? If you order, for example, $175 worth of merchandise and you received a free item for $100 purchase, you may return upto $75 worth of product and still keep the free gift. If you return over $75 in this example, the portion you've kept falls below the free item minimum purchase. In this case you must return unwashed/unused free item in original packaging, otherwise the value of the free merchandise may be deducted from your refund.
What if I forgot to enter the code? If coupon code is required, then a coupon code is required, so please don't forget to add it to your order! It is not always possible to add these after the order has been placed. Please contact us ASAP after placing your order, and we may be able to modify your order before processing. Please don't expect an immediate reply at random times of the day or weekends, but please know we do check our tickets and route them appropriately with or without reply.
