When my husband was on board to cloth diaper and so was my daycare, I knew I wanted to get a cloth diaper that was easy to use for everyone. I had done ALOT of research between the different brands, different types of cloth diapers and what each one would entail for care and use. I also love the snaps over the Velcro. Love Grovia's!

I am absolutely in love with grovia hybrids. They are so easy to use. I was new to cloth diapers and these had me hooked! I fell in love with the no prep inserts also, makes diapering easy for the full time working moms. We are able to make it all night with zero leaks which I love also!

I purchased these diapers as a replacement for my BumGenius 4.0 pocket diapers that were worn out. All the reviews had very positive things to say, and I LOVED that I no longer needed to stuff diapers, but could snap an insert right on and reuse the shell. What I have found, however, it these leak terribly. I have them fitted snug, I bought the most absorbent insert, and I prewashed them as recommended by the manufacturer. I have been using them for over 2 months now and I have to replace the shell with almost every diaper change, I am changing outfits with every diaper change because her pants are wet or onesies are wet around the leg. We change her diapers often, so its not oversoaking the insert. What I have found is I have to use the booster pad just to get me through a 2-3 hour diaper wear and my baby is only 7 months old. I love the color of my shells, the ease of snapping in an insert, and they wash and clean fantastically. I just hate that with every leak I wish I had chosen a different diaper.

These are the first cloth diapers we have used. I did a lot of research before buying these and I'm very happy with them! Easy to use, great quality, cute prints, and easy to wash. I actually enjoy doing laundry now... It's fun to see how clean and white the inserts come out when you think there's no way it will!

We are HUGE fans of our Grovia diapers! This is the only set we bought and we've used it for the past 9 months for our daughter. I love the AI2s because you don't need as many shells as you do liners. These diapers are the only ones my daughter doesn't blow out of so we actually do LESS laundry than we would if we needed to change her entire outfit at every diaper change. Now that she's not going to the bathroom as much as she did when she was a newby, this set allows us to do laundry every other day without running out. I'm SO glad we got these diapers!

The Grovia AI2 diapers are the best! I like that they are adjustable as your baby gets bigger. The soaker pads are soft on baby's skin, and super absorbent! The Live Package is the way to go for someone that will be cloth diapering full time. The diapers are trim and the colors are super cute! You won't regret your purchase of this diaper package!

We started using our Grovia diapers when our son was 1 week old (a little over 7lb). We waited because it didn't fit over his umbilical cord stub, so we started as soon as it fell off. He's now 3 months and we're very happy. We've had no blowouts and only a few (maybe 1 or 2 a week) very small leaks from pee around the legs. He regularly sleeps 6+ hours for his first shift at night and rarely leaks even without the booster. Even as he has had some nights sleeping 10+ hours, still no leaks.
We line dry all our stuff and have found that the soakers (organic) dry best if we flip them inside out first so that the pocket formed where the two layers are sewn together dries more easily. By putting them in the sun, they bleach white and look brand new after 3 months! We like that we have the option of using disposable biosoakers or prefolds as inserts. We really like that the soakers come out of the shell, so we've never run out of shells.
We recommend this system to friends!

My husband and I researched dozens of different cloth diapers and fell in love with the GroVia Hybrids! They are super easy to use and love the option of the disposable inserts if traveling. I love how they do not need to be soaked and I can just wash them every 2 days. They have super cute patterns and they look adorable on our sons bum! We went with the full time package, as it was the most bang for our buck. It was super easy to order and we're so glad we went with this option.

The diapers are awesome & buying them in this package is a great deal. I haven't been using them long but ever since we switched to the Grovia hybrid dipes, we haven't had any blow outs, whereas we used to have a few a week.

Although we are still waiting on the arrival of our little girl to use these diapers, I am thrilled at the high quality and cuteness of GroVia diapers. They are easy to wash and the shells dry in just a couple of hours. I was especially happy with the snap in soakers. They are very easy to assemble and I am glad to know that I can use the disposable soakers when traveling.

I used disposables for the first few weeks as my husband and I were without a washer. I switched my daughter into these 5 days ago and couldn't be happier. I purchased half stay dry inserts and half organic cotton. I like the stay dry a bit better - I think they catch poop a bit better. I am amazed at the absorbency of both kinds. I haven't had a blowout since I started using them. They also come super clean. I'm using Charlie's detergent- can be found on Amazon. VERY easy to toss into the washer and they dry fairly fast. I hang dry the shells to save the snaps some wear- even in our cold basement they dry in the same time a dryer cycle would run. I wouldn't switch back to disposables for anything!
I ordered this three days ago and it shipped the same day! I received the package yesterday and I had so much fun unpacking the box with my kids! The inserts are in the wash and I can't wait to start using them! We've already used some covers with disposable inserts (which are awesome, but we'd like to be "greener"). The inserts received in this starter kit (stay-dry) are incredibly soft and will be great for my babies' sensitive skin.

My husband and I both love these hybrid cloth diapers from GroVia! We have been using them for about 6 weeks on our now 5-month-old daughter and are extremely happy with their performance. We went with the 100% organic cotton on everything (diapers and soakers) and we line dry them without a problem. The cotton has stayed nice and soft. It is even softer when machine dried. For poo stains, I sun the diapers for about 15-20 minutes and it takes the stains out completely. The diapers still look brand new!
At first, we were hesitant to try GroVia hybrids because we loved our newborn fitted prefolds and covers that we had been using. We were concerned that these would be harder to clean and more likely to have leakage. After reading the encouraging reviews, we decided to give them a try anyway and are so glad that we did! These hybrids have proven extremely easy to clean! We usually have to change the shell when there is a poo, but we can use a shell several times between wet diapers. We soon learned to make sure to tuck the diaper inside the shell in the back or else you will get leakage up the back. When used properly, we have never experienced a leakage.
We have two hook and loop (velcro) for nighttime but otherwise definitely prefer the snaps. We also LOVE the snap design for the diaper to snap inside the shell! Whoever designed that should get a raise! They are SO easy to change and prevent slipping and bunching of the diaper inside.
Overall, we are very pleased with this hybrid system and would highly recommend them to others. Try them out - you'll be glad you did. We are very happy with our investment!

Try one or two before buying the whole pack, but these diapers are great. If starting on a little baby I think this set is a great way to go. If starting on an older baby who is pooping once a day or less, I'd recommend a lower ratio of covers to inserts to save money. 24 inserts to 6-8 shells would work great on an older baby.

We love our grovia diapers. This kit is the perfect amount of diapers to get through about 3 days. We love the snap shells and find our son rarely ever leaks and has never had a blowout! Grovia as a company is also awesome-their customer services is fabulous and when one of our shells broke they replaced it for free! The diapers still look brand new after 9 months! We use them with EcoSprouts Bioliners so we don't have to scrape poop, and they work just great together! We find all in ones a little better for naps as they absorb in the front a little more when our son is lying on his stomach. We use Kissaluvs Organic Hemp/Cotton diapers with Knappernappies inserts and Bumis pullup covers for overnights and rarely have any leaks! Bur during the day we go to Grovia!

I did a review back in May 2013 before my baby was born and mentioned that I would do a follow-up review so here it is!
I've been cloth diapering for about 2 weeks now and I'm very satisfied with my Grovia Hybrid diapers. During the day, I change my baby every 2-3 hours and so far I haven't had any leaks or blowouts. I've only had a few leaks at night only because I didn't double when my baby would sleep 5-6 hours at a time. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. The shells dry quickly, about 2 hours or so when hung in our bathroom (so the dry time would be quicker if hung next to a window). The soaker pads do take a little longer to dry, but I've solved that problem by adding some homemade wool dryer balls in the dryer to cut drying time.
My only complaint is that it doesn't fit babies under 8 lbs., as it was advertised on the website, and since I didn't expect to have a 6 lb. newborn, I was not able to use these diapers right away. I had to rely on disposable diapers for the first month and a half. I refrained from purchasing the Grovia newborn sizes because I didn't want to invest only to have to pack them away after my baby outgrows them.
So overall, I wish these diapers would fit smaller size babies, but since my baby has grown (about 10 lbs now), she fits in them nicely and I have no further complaints!
I've already recommended these diapers to friends and assured them they can't go wrong if they invested.

I was super excited to receive my Grovia Hybrid diapers through the mail a couple of days ago. I've read so many articles and reviews and was very convinced that Grovia was the best way to go. I am even more convinced now as I was able to really see and feel the quality of the diapers. I also purchased about 6 Fuzzibunz One Size Elite diapers, and let me tell you they're going back in the mail today because I was just in awe of what Grovia has to offer.
Some things that made me go with Grovia all together were their Hybrid shells and easy dry. Second, you're able to use their Grovia Magic Stick in case your baby will have diaper rash. Unlike Fuzzibunz, you cannot use any diaper rash cream because it will void the warranty and destroy the diapers. They also don't offer any special creams that can be used specifically with their diapers. Lastly, I love that you can reuse your Hybrid shells multiple times which makes it easier to take with you while traveling. You don't always have to look for a washer and dryer while on vacation.
I'm not due for another 2 weeks so I haven't exactly used them for my baby yet, but I will definitely do a follow-up review in the next coming weeks or months. I have to say though, I've only had them for a few days and am already satisfied just by the quality of these diapers.

We started using a Grovia starter kit from Costco when our son weighed 10lbs. I was amazed at how well it held in everything - we were no longer constantly cleaning blowouts off his clothes the way we were with disposable diapers! The only caveat with this otherwise great system is that the organic cotton inserts take a long time to dry, even in the dryer. We got this full-time kit from The Green Nursery and it was great to economically complete our stash! To help with nighttime, I recommend getting some boosters. 4-6 should be enough to last you between diaper washing loads (6 if you air dry your liners).
We've already got our slim little guy at the largest fit level of the shells even though he's only 15lbs,. Hopefully the shells will fit long enough before he grows out of them. I noticed other moms mentioning that leaks start happening around the 18mo-2yr mark so we've been practicing Elimination Communication to avoid having to get bigger cloth diapers.
