GroVia Part Time Package

About the system: The GroVia one-size diaper is a revolution in cloth diapering. Innovative shell design minimizes diaper waste and cost.

  • Grows with Baby
  • Adjustable Rise Snaps
  • Soft Organic Cotton Inner
  • Reusable Outer Shell
  • Snap In Soaker Pad

Use: Change outer shell twice a day and inner as needed. When your soaker pad is wet, simply snap in a fresh soaker pad.

Preparing your soakers: Organic cotton inners must be washed/dried on hot 3 times prior to first use and WILL NOT reach it's full absorbency until approximately 6-8 washes. This is to strip out any natural oil from the organic cotton fibers.

  • Wash hot, tumble dry before use
  • Remove as much solid matter as possible.
  • Place soiled soaker pads in a dry diaper pail - no soaking is necessary.
  • Wash every 2 days.
  • Start with a cold rinse.
  • Wash in hot water with half the amount of recommended detergent (full amount of Charlie's).
  • Do an extra rinse if desired.
  • Tumble dry or hang outside for extra freshness and to remove stains.
  • Do NOT use bleach, enzyme cleaners or fabric softeners.

Worth every penny! Review by Shalom

These are the first cloth diapers I have ever used and I am 100% completely satisfied with them. The bundle package is great for starting out part time. Ended up getting a second one because I loved cloth diapering so much. The snaps are amazing and easily usable. I also enjoy using the hook and loops, although they are easier for the LO to take them off. Grovia all the way! (Posted on 3/31/2016)
Love it! Review by Tejaswi

Takes too many washes before it starts absorbing, but once it does, it's awesome! I bought the organic pad and the stay dry ones. I prefer the stay dry as they do stay dry. The organic ones do not feel as soft and feel wet. I love these for day time as they r very easy to change. I prefer the hook and loop over the snaps. (Posted on 1/28/2016)

I own pocket cd and these hybrid cd and I really like them. I use them n my 9 pound newborn and I found that the snap closure fit him better. The inserts are super absorbent and at night time I stuff the snap on inserts with other inserts and works super! My favorite for night time diapering would definitely recommend! Not for newborns Review by Anne

I know this product doesn't advertise as being for newborns, but just in case you were wondering, it would be too big. This is my first and first cloth diapering experience and I will say its not as bad as some make it out to be. The value is the best I have yet found for new. Our new born was small, 6lbs 2oz, and still is, so we haven't used the shell on her yet....BUT, I do use the inserts along with a Sweet Pea newborn cloth diaper shell. I was bummed to find TGN doesn't carry Sweet Pea brand, but they can be found elsewhere for around $10 a shell and you can easily use any cloth diaper insert.
Happy diapering!

We absolutely love these Grovia AI2 system! They are so easy to use and love the softness and gusset in the insert. We have the hook and loops which are great for squirmy little ones, but I think I might need to add some snaps as well. Highly recommend giving these a try. (Posted on 10/24/2015)
Great start to the stash Review by Beth

We want to cloth diaper full time, but since this is our first baby, we didn't want to get in over our heads and regret a big investment. We went with the part time and love it. Grovia makes it so easy. I reuse the shells until they get soiled, so one shell can last for about four diaper changes. I'll be purchasing more soakers in the near future, but for now, we do laundry every night so we don't run out if pads. (Posted on 8/12/2015)
Love everything...so far! Review by Mountain Momma

As first time parents, we purchased several brands and styles of cloth diapers when our daughter was first born. We tried the Thirsties Duo Wrap (size one), bumGenius 4.0, Softbums Omni, and GroVia AI2. Over the course of several months, we began to prefer the GroVia AI2 over all the others. We purchased the GroVia Part Time Package after our daughter grew out of her infant-sized cloth diapers and in order to have a larger quantity of diapers for our rotation. We love the fit, quality, and convenience of the GroVia AI2. The shell dries quickly and is holding up to our use so far. We also love the convenience of the snap-in soakers with the added elastic gussets. So far we have not had any blowouts but our daughter has yet to move to solid foods. Both my husband and I find the system very easy to use. The Thirsties Duo Wrap (size one) worked well for us when our daughter was smaller but she has out grown her size and we began to worry about the durability of the shell so we did not buy the larger size. We also have a few bumGenius 4.0 but do not prefer the pocket style diaper. Also, the bumGenius liners do not seem to absorb as well unless they are stuffed into the pocket, a step we find tedious and inconvenient. Although we still use the bumGenius, we prefer the GroVia AI2. We would recommend the GroVia AI2 to anyone considering cloth diapering. (Posted on 8/11/2015)

Just bought these to start cloth diapering my 4 month-old daughter. We used cloth pocket diapers for my son (now two) and I wish I would have known about these diapers back then. They're so much more convenient and easier to use - I love how you can reuse the shells and just snap in the soaker pads. Definitely recommend! (Posted on 8/5/2015)

Favorite cloth diapers. We use a mix of Grovia AI2 and Bumgenius 4.0 pockets. While we love both styles, the grovia are much more trim with reusable shells making them easier to pack in a diaper bag for a trip around town. I also love the adorable patterns. We only bought a part time package the first time, but I'll be coming back for more! (Posted on 2/3/2015)
So happy Review by Mariah

I just purchased this and an experience package to complete my stash. I loved that I could get two kinds of soakers with this package. I already had some stay dry soakers, but wanted some of the no prep too. Both are amazing absorbency options, but the no prep is a bit more absorbent while keeping baby drier. I can use them overnight with zero leaks. loved all the covers and color options. (Posted on 11/23/2014)
Great Hybrid Review by KK

I just received these today and let me tell you, it takes 5 hours to prep the organic cotton soakers. I also do not like that even though people say this is a trim diaper, it still looks humungous on my 13 lb baby. But that is to be expected when choosing to cloth diaper an infant. I chose the organic cotton soakers over the no prep soakers because I couldn't find any reviews on the no-prep, because they are so new. I am concerned about the microfiber bunching up and rubbing on my baby, possibly leading to a diaper rash. The organic cotton soakers are thick and soft. Very high quality in my opinion. Love the waterproof backing on the soakers and that the shells do not leave the baby exposed to the PUL. (Posted on 11/21/2014)

I am new to cloth diapering and I have done a lot of research on the topic.I decided to start with the GroVia part time package. So far I really like this brand. Good quality, and super cute styles. This particular package allowed me to try GroVia and another company that also had high reviews. (Posted on 11/11/2014)
