When I was trying to decide what to review and giveaway for Win-It Wednesday, I realized that we have never had a review of the GroVia All-in-One on the TGN Blog. This got me thinking- Win-It Weds has been a thing for quite a while... how on earth have we gone this long without reviewing this diaper?! Well folks, the wait is over. Without further ado, I give you my review of the GroVia All-In-One...

GroVia AIO

Do you ever have those days when you just don't feel like doing anything? I know I do. When I'm having those days, there are two of my daily tasks that suffer... one of those tasks is the dishes, and the other is laundry. Ugh. Laundry. With four kids, it is something that I have to keep up with every day or it gets completely out of hand. Now, I don't have a problem with tossing it in the washer. And putting it in the dryer is not that big of deal either. It's the folding and putting away that I have an issue with. And when it comes to diaper laundry, I just don't even want to deal with pre-stuffing or searching for an insert. It's days like these that I find myself reaching for my son's GroVia All-In-One and wishing I had more of them in his stash!

The GroVia All-In-One has a waterproof TPU outer and is lined with 100% Organic Cotton. There is an attached soaker that is attached at the back of the diaper that lays down the middle. There is an additional detatchable snap-in soaker that can be used for older babies or heavy wetters. It snaps to the sewn-in soaker underneath it, adding additional absorbency while keeping the inside of the diaper nice and smooth against baby's skin.

The GroVia All-In-One is a one-size diaper designed to fit from 10-35+ lbs. There is a 3x3 snap down rise, which allows the diaper to be adjusted from small, medium, to large. We've had this diaper for probably about a year and it has grown nicely with my son, who is now 2 years old and 28 lbs. We leave the diaper completely unsnapped on the largest rise setting, and it fits him great with plenty of room to grow.

I love the GroVia All-In-One's trim fit! He can wear this diaper under jeans, no problem. Not only is it trim in the back, it also has a streamline fit in the front! Unlike the majority of the diapers in my son's stash that snap in the front, the GroVia AIO features side snaps. This diaper is also nice and trim through the crotch. The leg elastics are a little more bulky and stiff than other diapers in my son's stash, however they are soft and have never left him with red marks.

The GroVia All-In-One comes in several great solid colors and adorable prints! Unfortunately the color I'm reviewing, Surf, was retired last year along with another solid color, Blackberry. However, they were replaced by two gorgeous new colors, Lotus and Topaz! Click here to check out all the different colors and prints currently available.

As much as I love my all-in-twos and pockets, there are some days that I wish I could have a cloth diaper stash do-over and just go completely with all-in-ones. All you have to do is toss them in the washer, tumble dry on low (or line dry if you wish), and they're ready to go. No stuffing, no sorting, no nothing. And it's nice. You just really can't get much more convenient than that!

Another convenience for me is that the GroVia All-In-One is made with natural fibers. I have very hard water, which makes laundering synthetic fibers a little tricky. I have to add Calgon (a water softening agent ) to the wash when laundering my microfiber inserts to prevent mineral build up and stink. This is not something I have to worry about as much when using natural fibers. I'd also consider going with all natural fibers if I could do-over my son's stash!

I'm very pleased with how this diaper has held up over this past year. Like all of GroVia's products, the GroVia All-In-One is thoughtfully designed and high-quality. Not only does it make for a great diaper, it can also be used as a first trainer! Because of the side snaps and super strechy side panels, it can be pulled up and down! That gets you a little more bang for your buck! My kiddo isn't too interested in potty learning at this point, but it will be nice to still be able to use this diaper as a trainer when the time comes.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the GroVia All-In-One. Since it's still very trim with it in, I've always used it with the snap-in booster and have not had any trouble with leaks. It's a diaper that I trust when we go on a grocery run, because the organic cotton is super absorbent and I don't have about compression leaks like I do when using diapers with microfiber. I also love that only organic cotton is touching my son's skin. I would definitely recommend the GroVia All-In-One. If you don't have an entire stash of them, it's nice to at least have a few for when your having one of those days where you don't feel like stuffing or sorting. I think convenience and quality are worth a few extra bucks!

P.S. If you haven't already heard the news, there's soon to be a new GroVia All-In-One on the block- O.N.E. by GroVia! I'm so excited about this new addition to the GroVia line. The Green Nursery will be one of the first retailers to carry O.N.E. come April of this year! Because I backed their Kickstarter campaign (an option that is no longer available, sorry!), I will get mine a little earlier in March and will definitely share a little preview of this innovative new diaper once I get it in hand! :)
