I drank this tea as directed during the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy. I'm not sure if it actually worked because I was overdue and had to be induced due to low fluid. However, it was a tasty and soothing tea that I really enjoyed drinking.

I'm more or a coffee person, but bought this tea looking for something to have at the end of the day to relax. It is by far the best tasting tea I've had, I don't even have to add honey to it! It helps me relax and fall asleep fast rather than laying awake trying to find a comfortable way to sleep in the third tri. I promptly went back for more after my first box.

I really enjoying drinking this tea in the last few months of my pregnancy. Red raspberry leaf is supposed to be great for this time period and this tea is based on that. I drank 6 cups a day and felt great!

I normally drink black teas and worried this would be too fruity for me, but it's delicious. Don't know exactly how much the tea had to do with it, but I was able to deliver my son naturally, with no pain meds. Definitely would recommend.

This tea is delicious. It's perfectly mild enough for the pregnant palette but tasty enough to crave! And the bags make it easy and convenient no matter where you are. Highly recommended!

I got this tea at the beginning of the third trimester. I have not delivered yet, so I can't speak of it's affectiveness yet. However I can tell you that I did find it to be a fairly mild flavored tea, I dont care for hot tea, but i would brew mine in big batches with several bags in a pot of boiling water and then chill it in a quart jar in the fridge. This was an easier way to get in my reccommended 2-3 cups a day for full affectiveness. I pull out the jar and pour some over ice, keeping track of the ounces on the side of the jar to know how much i am drinking. Iced tea is much more enjoyable to me! Good tea, and I am hoping to try the milk one once I deliver!

I can get loose organic red raspberry leaf (the primary ingredient) at my local health food store for a lot less so I feel like this is a bit overpriced. The flavor is nice though and the teabags are convenient for when you're out and about.

I really enjoyed this third trimester tea and went through 3 boxes during my third trimester even though I don't typically like tea. It's a really nice tea with a light rasberry flavor, it's decaf and the perfect warm drink to replace a cup of coffee for a long drive to work.
