Details: Thirsties Duo Wraps are easy to use and easier on your wallet! The adjustable rise of this wrap design means one size will last twice as long. In fact, only two sizes will cover your baby from birth all the way to potty-learning. Similar in feel to Thirsties best-selling Diaper Cover, Thirsties Duo Wraps are completely waterproof yet remain breathable, pliable, and very comfortable for your baby?s delicate skin. Durable hook and loop closures provide a perfect and secure fit at every diaper change. Leg gussets provide advanced leak-proof protection and bindings are super-soft against baby skin. All sizes offer convenient fold-over laundry tabs to protect your hook and loop closures from trapping lint in the wash.

From the makers: Thirsties Duo Wraps are a result of more than six months of development and testing. This affordable wrap actually hatched as a one-size diaper cover. Logically, we thought a one-size diaper cover would be the most affordable option for the end-consumer. But what we actually discovered, no matter how many different cuts and protoypes we made, is that the 'one-size' options are too big on the average newborn and too small for most toddlers over 24 months of age. What this means is that the 'one-size' option truly only fits your baby properly when your he weighs between 10 lbs to 32 lbs. Alas, our findings confirm that the label 'one-size' diaper/cover simply does not live up to its claim. Most families purchasing a 'one size' cover would actually end up purchasing a newborn size, a 'one-size', and a toddler size: THREE sizes from birth to potty! Not ONE. Therefore, in the end, Thirsties Duo Wraps are truly looking out for your wallet. Thirsties Duo Wraps are a very trim fitting cover. They are the preferred wrap for trifolded prefold diapers and over trim fitted diapers, such as our Fab Fitted diapers. For bulkier systems and/or for nighttime double stuffing, we recommend Thirsties Diaper Cover, which has a roomier fit. Each of the two sizes of Thirsties Duo Wrap features three rows of snaps to adjust the rise to your baby's shape; it is like having THREE sizes in one. Pairing this adjustability in rise with our signature leg gussets, makes this wrap the most versatile on the market. Whether your baby is tall or short, thin or chunky, this cover will keep those messes contained!

Care & Content: Machine wash warm or hot. Dry in dryer or hang to dry. Made in the USA 100% polyester w/urethane coating - FREE of PVC, phthalates, lead, and latexl fit from birth to potty

The best for newborns Review by Pamela

We've used our Thirsties Size One with aplix for two newborns in a row now. They fit well over newborn sized prefolds and also size small prefolds or flats. They still have plenty of life in the elastics and enough in the aplix to go for another baby should we have one. They outgrow them with a snappied prefold around 3-4 months, but I've been able to use these as back-up covers with a trifolded newborn prefold or flat up until 8-9 months, overlapping them with the one size stash. Great diapers Review by Tanya

We have had several Thirsties diapers and they've been great. For those who are trying to save money, this is an awesome way to go. I do tend to prefer the snaps over the aplix. I think Thirsties aplix is not as strong as some from other brands (Tots Bots, for one).

If I could go back in time, instead of getting tons of newborn AIOs, I would have gotten a few of these in size 1, and then gotten inserts or prefolds. We have a few of these in both size 1 and 2, and they've been a regular part of our rotation. I do tend to go for my AIOs first (convenience!) but these are also great for when we are on the road. They take up less room in your diaper bag or purse, since you can reuse the shells (if there's only a #1 incident). I like that these come in different sizes, which provides for a better fit.

Best cover for newborns Review by Kate

Hands down the best diaper cover for newborn babies. I prefer snaps when babies and a little older but for the brand new stage aplix is best. The double gusset keeps all the mess inside and they wash clean easily (even in the sink) and hang dry extremely fast. (Posted on 4/28/2016)

I can't think of anything that I don't like about this cover. It is super trim, truly reusable, easy to wipe in between changes and I've never had any leaks. I always use Thirsties under tights or leggings where other diapers will look too bulky. Very affordable, too. And I love the new collection! (Posted on 11/22/2015)
Going for snaps next time Review by Autumn

Great size-adjustable diaper cover in cute colors. The hook&loop / aplix edges can be a little rough on my sons skin (when putting in on... once its on right it doesn't touch him) but he enjoys the sound of it being ripped apart (he's almost 2) so I have to switch to snaps now so the cover stays on.

I had to get some thinner pre-folds or else the diaper looks quite bulky and makes pants too snug.

New to cloth, new baby Review by Sara

If you are new to cloth and have a new baby, this is what you need to try. A lot of OS diapers don't fit newborns well for the first month, but my Thirsties worked great. Give Aplix a try before snaps. Your family might have different preferences over what kind of closure and diaper style they like. Thirsties duo wrap size 1 still fits my 10 week old while the other newborn covers no longer fit at all. (Posted on 10/7/2015)

Size 1 - So far, so good.. Review by Logan

I purchased 2 of the size 1 covers to go with my small NB & infant prefold stash. We started CDing our son at 8lbs 3oz (3 days old) & noticed the NB prefolds were too small to snappi, so we trifold, which leaves us washing the cover each use. However we haven't had any noticeable leaks yet. We did have to start using the infant sized prefolds because he is a heavy wetter. (Posted on 7/5/2015)

Gave them a second chance Review by Haley

To be honest these were one of my least favorite covers when we started trying covers and prefolds. I didn't like the fit on my skinny toddler. However, when we started using fitteds at night I was having a tough time tucking them fully into our Flip covers. I gave the Thirsties another shot upon recommendations from others and they work fabulously. The double gusset is my favorite feature, it makes it super easy to tuck the edges of the fitted in. I took a chance and ordered the Aplix version of the Duo Wrap and I'm glad I did. The new Aplix is much stronger and better shaped. I much prefer the aplix to snaps in Thirsties for a better fit! (Posted on 4/19/2015)

The best thing about these covers is their aplix - super sticky! I have a size 2 and use it over a fitted at night, it fits my chunky girl great! Holds in all the messes and you can't beat the price for a product made here in the USA (Posted on 4/15/2015)
OK Product Review by Karen

I like the thirsties diaper cover overall. I gave it 3 stars because I don't think the material is as good as quality as the bumgenius ones I have. 3 stars for value since they are less expensive, but it doesn't come with the inserts either which pretty much makes the price a wash when you buy the inserts separately. But they do work just as well as far as leaking from my experience unless you don't have the velcro tight enough. (Posted on 3/23/2015)

Velcro gets pilly over time Review by Amber

I love Thirsties Duo Wraps overall, but I definitely prefer the snap closures. The old and the new velcro both get pilly and so ugly over time. They continue to work, but it won't be pretty after a while if this matters to you. Great trim cover that works nicely over most diapers. I also have had issues with the inner gusset wearing out too soon on the size 2. But Thirsties will replace no questions asked if you are under warranty. (Posted on 12/20/2014)
The best covers! Review by Kelli

The leg gussets and overall quality make these the best covers out there. I thought I would prefer the convenience of AIO's, but these are much more foolproof as far as leaking goes. They work awesome with prefolds folded like a diaper or pad folded. I even just laid a couple of inserts from pocket diapers in these covers and it still worked great. I like the convenience and quality of this aplix over other brands, especially for size 1. I bought the snap version in size 2 since those need to last longer and I worried my son would learn to take off the aplix ones as he grew older. Size 1 fit perfectly from birth for my almost 9 lb boy and still plenty of room at 12 lbs. (Posted on 11/11/2014)
