Details: Thirsties Duo Wraps are easy to use and easier on your wallet! The adjustable rise of this wrap design means one size will last twice as long. In fact, only two sizes will cover your baby from birth all the way to potty-learning. Similar in feel to Thirsties best-selling Diaper Cover, Thirsties Duo Wraps are completely waterproof yet remain breathable, pliable, and very comfortable for your baby?s delicate skin. Durable hook and loop closures provide a perfect and secure fit at every diaper change. Leg gussets provide advanced leak-proof protection and bindings are super-soft against baby skin. All sizes offer convenient fold-over laundry tabs to protect your hook and loop closures from trapping lint in the wash.

From the makers: Thirsties Duo Wraps are a result of more than six months of development and testing. This affordable wrap actually hatched as a one-size diaper cover. Logically, we thought a one-size diaper cover would be the most affordable option for the end-consumer. But what we actually discovered, no matter how many different cuts and protoypes we made, is that the 'one-size' options are too big on the average newborn and too small for most toddlers over 24 months of age. What this means is that the 'one-size' option truly only fits your baby properly when your he weighs between 10 lbs to 32 lbs. Alas, our findings confirm that the label 'one-size' diaper/cover simply does not live up to its claim. Most families purchasing a 'one size' cover would actually end up purchasing a newborn size, a 'one-size', and a toddler size: THREE sizes from birth to potty! Not ONE. Therefore, in the end, Thirsties Duo Wraps are truly looking out for your wallet. Thirsties Duo Wraps are a very trim fitting cover. They are the preferred wrap for trifolded prefold diapers and over trim fitted diapers, such as our Fab Fitted diapers. For bulkier systems and/or for nighttime double stuffing, we recommend Thirsties Diaper Cover, which has a roomier fit. Each of the two sizes of Thirsties Duo Wrap features three rows of snaps to adjust the rise to your baby's shape; it is like having THREE sizes in one. Pairing this adjustability in rise with our signature leg gussets, makes this wrap the most versatile on the market. Whether your baby is tall or short, thin or chunky, this cover will keep those messes contained!

Care & Content: Machine wash warm or hot. Dry in dryer or hang to dry. Made in the USA 100% polyester w/urethane coating - FREE of PVC, phthalates, lead, and latexl fit from birth to potty

Surprised how much I like them Review by stephanie

I really like these and thought I’d prefer all in ones over covers and inserts. But these work so well and pack light on the go I find I prefer them to AIOs on the go. And I was worried they wouldn’t work as well and I’d have blow outs more often but that’s just not the case. I just love that you can reuse the cover with a new insert on potty diapers. Super budget friendly too! I use them with Osocozy preadolescent and Thirsties duo inserts but prefer the Thirsties inserts as they are softer, trimmer and fit in the diaper more easily. this is my first time trying a cover and prefold. I’m pretty happy with the thirsties brand and the value you get using prefolds so I will buy more. However with a small newborn they don’t seem to fit quite as well as an all in one diaper and I’ve had a few leaks. (Posted on 10/26/2017)
Perfect for Newborn Review by Nicole

I debated about using a rental service for newborn diapers, but then discovered these size 1 wraps and decided to make the investment since the prices were similar and I would own these. The hook and loop style is absolutely perfect when paired with Grovia infant prefolds. The snap style is too large for my 7lb newborn. There is room to double stuff or fold down a size 2 prefold, but not necessary for the daytime. I took one star away because the edges are white and got stained. The sun took out the stains, but still an extra step I have to do. (Posted on 7/19/2017)
A good diaper cover Review by Mom2Nine

The aplix (hook and loop) on this cover is very strong and thick. I found the the covers are not as roomy as Bummis, which is what we used previously. My toddler is 2 years old and about 25 pounds, and these do fit him, but I doubt they will fit up to the full 40 pounds advertised. As long as I make sure to tuck in his diaper around the legs, they keep wetness in just fine. I have noticed that we sometimes have a bit of a gap around the legs at the gussets, but it hasn't been a problem yet. (Posted on 7/8/2017)

I bought the cover because I really wanted the melon party. The cover is perfect because it's not as pricey as the all in one and I can enjoy the pattern for more than just one use. It is easy to clean and will fit my baby for a long time. She is currently 3 months old, around 12 lbs, and it fits great with plenty of room to grow. My order arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Great for newborns! Review by GreenTree

These covers are great for newborns because of the applix closure. Similar to disposables. But when your baby grows up, it learns how to open the applix, so going for the snaps is a better idea and they last much longer with all the washing too. (Posted on 1/12/2017)

I really like the generous sizing of the size 2 wrap. My toddler is on the second rise setting with lots of room left to grow in the waist too as compared to other brands where the rise settings are completely unsnapped and not much room left in the waist. The new aplix is a great improvement - very strong and durable. (Posted on 12/17/2016)

The best for newborns Review by Pamela

We've used our Thirsties Size One with aplix for two newborns in a row now. They fit well over newborn sized prefolds and also size small prefolds or flats. They still have plenty of life in the elastics and enough in the aplix to go for another baby should we have one. They outgrow them with a snappied prefold around 3-4 months, but I've been able to use these as back-up covers with a trifolded newborn prefold or flat up until 8-9 months, overlapping them with the one size stash. Great diapers Review by Tanya

We have had several Thirsties diapers and they've been great. For those who are trying to save money, this is an awesome way to go. I do tend to prefer the snaps over the aplix. I think Thirsties aplix is not as strong as some from other brands (Tots Bots, for one).

If I could go back in time, instead of getting tons of newborn AIOs, I would have gotten a few of these in size 1, and then gotten inserts or prefolds. We have a few of these in both size 1 and 2, and they've been a regular part of our rotation. I do tend to go for my AIOs first (convenience!) but these are also great for when we are on the road. They take up less room in your diaper bag or purse, since you can reuse the shells (if there's only a #1 incident). I like that these come in different sizes, which provides for a better fit.

Best cover for newborns Review by Kate

Hands down the best diaper cover for newborn babies. I prefer snaps when babies and a little older but for the brand new stage aplix is best. The double gusset keeps all the mess inside and they wash clean easily (even in the sink) and hang dry extremely fast. (Posted on 4/28/2016)

I can't think of anything that I don't like about this cover. It is super trim, truly reusable, easy to wipe in between changes and I've never had any leaks. I always use Thirsties under tights or leggings where other diapers will look too bulky. Very affordable, too. And I love the new collection! (Posted on 11/22/2015)
Going for snaps next time Review by Autumn

Great size-adjustable diaper cover in cute colors. The hook&loop / aplix edges can be a little rough on my sons skin (when putting in on... once its on right it doesn't touch him) but he enjoys the sound of it being ripped apart (he's almost 2) so I have to switch to snaps now so the cover stays on.

I had to get some thinner pre-folds or else the diaper looks quite bulky and makes pants too snug.

New to cloth, new baby Review by Sara

If you are new to cloth and have a new baby, this is what you need to try. A lot of OS diapers don't fit newborns well for the first month, but my Thirsties worked great. Give Aplix a try before snaps. Your family might have different preferences over what kind of closure and diaper style they like. Thirsties duo wrap size 1 still fits my 10 week old while the other newborn covers no longer fit at all. (Posted on 10/7/2015)

Size 1 - So far, so good.. Review by Logan

I purchased 2 of the size 1 covers to go with my small NB & infant prefold stash. We started CDing our son at 8lbs 3oz (3 days old) & noticed the NB prefolds were too small to snappi, so we trifold, which leaves us washing the cover each use. However we haven't had any noticeable leaks yet. We did have to start using the infant sized prefolds because he is a heavy wetter. (Posted on 7/5/2015)
