Details: Thirsties Duo Wraps are easy to use and easier on your wallet! The adjustable rise of this wrap design means one size will last twice as long. In fact, only two sizes will cover your baby from birth all the way to potty-learning. Similar in feel to Thirsties best-selling Diaper Cover, Thirsties Duo Wraps are completely waterproof yet remain breathable, pliable, and very comfortable for your baby's delicate skin. Durable hook and loop closures provide a perfect and secure fit at every diaper change. Leg gussets provide advanced leak-proof protection and bindings are super-soft against baby skin. All sizes offer convenient fold-over laundry tabs to protect your hook and loop closures from trapping lint in the wash.

From the makers: Thirsties Duo Wraps are a result of more than six months of development and testing. This affordable wrap actually hatched as a one-size diaper cover. Logically, we thought a one-size diaper cover would be the most affordable option for the end-consumer. But what we actually discovered, no matter how many different cuts and protoypes we made, is that the 'one-size' options are too big on the average newborn and too small for most toddlers over 24 months of age. What this means is that the 'one-size' option truly only fits your baby properly when your he weighs between 10 lbs to 32 lbs. Alas, our findings confirm that the label 'one-size' diaper/cover simply does not live up to its claim. Most families purchasing a 'one size' cover would actually end up purchasing a newborn size, a 'one-size', and a toddler size: THREE sizes from birth to potty! Not ONE. Therefore, in the end, Thirsties Duo Wraps are truly looking out for your wallet. Thirsties Duo Wraps are a very trim fitting cover. They are the preferred wrap for trifolded prefold diapers and over trim fitted diapers, such as our Fab Fitted diapers. For bulkier systems and/or for nighttime double stuffing, we recommend Thirsties Diaper Cover, which has a roomier fit. Each of the two sizes of Thirsties Duo Wrap features three rows of snaps to adjust the rise to your baby's shape; it is like having THREE sizes in one. Pairing this adjustability in rise with our signature leg gussets, makes this wrap the most versatile on the market. Whether your baby is tall or short, thin or chunky, this cover will keep those messes contained!

not what I expected Review by Bridgette

After all the great reviews I've read on these, I was really excited to try them, and couldn't wait for them to arrive. I washed them and used them asap on my daughter. I put it on her over a fitted diaper, which is what she wears under her Mio and Flip covers every day, and with her first pee of the morning her clothes were damp. It had leaked right around the leg holes (which I checked when I put the diaper on, to be sure the cover fit her properly around the legs) A little bummed out that they were not what I expected. Going to give them a couple more tries before I give up though.

I love the Thirsties Duo Wrap covers. Even factoring in the cost of prefolds, they are a great price when compared to AIOs or pocket diapers. I've only had a couple of leaks when my daughter has a huge poop. But 98% of the time, they work great. They are my go to diaper for nighttime because they don't leak. Love the designs, easy to use, great value. I wish I hadn't wasted money on other pocket diapers and had just used Thirsties covers. (Posted on 2/1/2012)

these work great with the prefolds. Prefer the snaps because the velcro wears out eventually and are easier for toddlers to remove. The material works great to prevent leaks but is wearing out after about a year. (Posted on 12/13/2011)

Love Thirsties! But don't like the way snaps look! it's a pain in the butt on a squirmy baby and not as pretty looking, but we may use them if our son learns how to undo his velcro thirsties (Posted on 10/26/2011)

I adore these diapers and have nothing bad to say about them! I've been using them consistently for several years and am SO glad I decided to try them! Here's my only tip - for first time cloth diapering mamas, these are a little awkward - especially with a squirmy baby. Get the diaper and prefold completely ready and try to snap it quickly so the prefold doesn't shift around. (Posted on 9/14/2011)

These covers are awesome. They have a double stitching around the legs that helps prevent leaks. They are big enough to make me think they may last until my daughter is potty trained! Some of our diapers seem like they may get too small. I have not had a leak with these and the Thirsties hemp prefolds. (Posted on 9/1/2011)
very trim/ nice material Review by S

These covers are very light weight, it almost feels like the material they make tents out of only sturdier. I can't see them leaking. We don't often use synthetic covers but this is one of 5 different ones we own. It rates somewhere in the middle of them with us. The size one is small, we were never able to fit it over a diaper with it snapped on any settings but fully unsnapped its very trim which is nice. But for a good sized baby you might be able to get away with just size too... maybe. The snaps are good on this cover, its stretchy and soft. We have the blackbird, very cute. (Posted on 8/17/2011)

Lovin the snaps! Review by Alesha

Velcro wakes kids up more then a snap. Who knew? Second time moms, that's who! I am having to move up to the Duo sz 2 with prefolds at 13lbs but am told that using the fitteds would make them last the last 5 lbs (to the advertised 18 lb). Now they just need to make more fun, modern prints but keeping the colors coordinated.. Are you listening??? lol (Posted on 8/3/2011)
Great value and really work Review by Maggie

I have many diapering systems from being given so many hand-me-downs...I bought these, though, and I really like these Thirsties covers...they never leak, are super adjustable as baby grows, the prefolds are the the cheapest way to go and they dry faster than any of my other inserts. The only complaint is that I didn't read the size options carefully...what says "Size One," I read as "One Size," thinking I'd be able to use these throughout diapering time, but it looks like I'll have to buy another size down the road. A great diaper for containing the mess! Review by Yaliina

I go back and forth between snaps and hook-and-loop (H&L) preference. What I like about the H&L is that it is somewhat more adjustable, and faster on a squirming 9 month-old. But, these Thirsties snaps are pretty good. I find I can usually get one snap on each side snapped before my DS squirms away, then it's just a matter of fastening the additional security while he's playing with a toy. These diapers are a great fit, and the gussets really keep the mess in, from breastfed liquidy mess to new-to-solids chunky mess (not to be gross, lol). I usually use prefolds (GMD red-edge in a size M), either jelly rolled or with a simple tri-fold, unpinned without any problem. I can also use fitted snapped or snappied diapers underneath, and all are great. No red marks on baby's thighs, and no irritated belly from H&L. This is probably my favorite go-to diaper cover.

(size M, 9 month-old average-sized baby boy)
