We've had this push toy as well as the traditional plastic popping bubble, and I prefer this one in every way. It has been much more durable than the plastic one. This wooden toy still looks wonderful whereas our plastic one looks much older than its two years. I would definitely buy this as a gift for a little one starting to walk!

Our son has loved this toy from about the time he started walking at 11 months till now at 19 months! The rattle makes a pleasing noise, not annoying! It is also very brightly painted and looks beautiful. Our son has even payed with outside in the grass and it has held up very well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a toy for an active toddler.

I got this for my son when he turned one. He is almost two and still loves playing with this! It has held up great, even though he bangs it into things all the time. It is fairly loud though.

My son loves this toy. Even before he could walk he would sit and push it back and forth. Now that he is running he tears through the house with it and bangs it into everything. For all the abuse it has taken it still looks great. I'm sure it will be used as a lawnmower or vacuum cleaner next.

My son enjoyed pushing this as a toddler, and now that he's 4, he still uses it as a pretend vacuum whenever we vacuum the house. Now his 11 month old baby sister has started playing with it, rolling it back and forth while she sits. She is fascinated by the wooden balls that make the clicking noise. After years, it still looks as good as new.

This is hands down my son's favorite toy. He takes it all around the house slamming it down on the floor and it has held up perfectly! There isn't a scratch, paint chip, nothing. This toy looks brand new and has taken heavy abuse! Highly recommend this!

My son received this toy for his first Christmas he is now almost three and runs around the house at high speed with it. This is a toy he pulls out multiple times a day and has held up great (even with a few crash landings into walls)! He enjoys the loud sounds it makes but it is a very loud push toy.

My best friend bought this for my daughter's first birthday and she still loves it at 2.5. This same best friend also just had twins. For their first birthday I will be re-gifting this beautiful toy (still in perfect shape despite it's heavy use) and adding a second one to the fun. Hey, what are friends for? =)

This is a hands-down favorite in my house. I bought it for my son just as he started to walk at eleven months old. It was easy for him to use and encouraged him to hone his new skill. The sound is loud but not obnoxious. It is obnoxious, however, when the handle is dropped on the laminate floor repeatedly. Still, it is better than something which requires batteries. I run a home daycare and all of the children like to play with it, even the oldest preschoolers. It encourages not just gross motor development, but cause and effect exploration, pretend play, and spatial awareness. It is beautiful and holds up the wear and tear of a house full of kids. It is worth the price, a classic toy.
