Great, but not for heavy wetters This diaper is amazing. However, our DD is a heavy wetter and soaks both inserts in an hour. This is fine if we're at home, but not when out or overnight. When she was exclusively breastfed, this was a great overnight or whenever diaper. Posted on 2/6/12 by Marie

Disappointed! Because of rave reviews, and high price tag, I was sure I would love these, so I bought a bunch during the buy 5 get 1 free promotion. I love the design, and colors. The flap in back, covering the insert is really nice. However, I am pretty disappointed over them. My daughter gets red welts on her thighs from the elastic, regardless of what snap setting I put them on, she is only 5 months old. She also got red irritated skin since I started using them. The microfiber holds the ammonia smell. I have tried various wash routines, and I am still not pleased. They look pretty, but I don't find them to be the right fit for my little one. good, but not my favorite I really like these diapers, but they are not my favorite. They occasionally leave marks on my little guy, 4 weeks old and we have also had a few leaks. I also don't like the feel of the insert as much as the fuzzibunz. Overall not that bad though, they are relatively compact even on our about 8 pound little boy. Posted on 10/21/11 by Sarah

not my favorite, but nice I use fuzzibunz and bum genius. I bought these because the velcro on my older bg was wearing out and I love the fb snaps. However, these snaps are in an odd location to me. Maybe it is because I am used to the fuzzibunz snaps, but makes the bum genius seem less fitted to my daughters body. I do like the lining in the bum genius better than the fleece lining used in fuzzibunz. It holds up longer and doesn't stain as easily. Posted on 9/17/11 by jessica

Great for pee not poo We ended up using this one most of the time from birth. My child is in 12-18 month and will soon grow out of this cloth diaper. The only thing is that poo gets all over the shell, so I tend to put him in disposable until he poos, then switch over to cloth. Getting poo out I find to be labor intensive. mommy's preference I really like the BumGenius 4.0s. These are easier to put on than other snap diapers I've used because they have stretchy tabs. My husband prefers the velcro version for quick diaper changes. I think the snaps are easier for washing and will hold up better in the long run. We have both. I just save the velcro ones for daddy. I think this diaper will survive through one child. Not sure if they will survive for another. They fit my 9lb newborn well and we haven't had any leaks yet, though you do have to make sure the pocket flap is tucked in when changing. It tends to stick out the back. i like it! I really like this diaper. They fit well on my 9lb newborn and look like they will grow with him well. My husband really prefers the velcro closure over the snaps. I prefer the snaps for washing and because I think they will hold up better, but the velcro is easier to get on and off baby. Sometimes the fold over the pocket in the back needs to be tucked in right after I put the diaper on. I haven't used this product long. I think it will last through one baby... not sure if it will last for another. This snap diaper is easier to put on than some others I've tried because it has stretchy tabs.
