Whole Order Free Shipping: Currently available for customers in the Contiguous US. When $49 of product is added to the cart an option for Free Shipping will appear as a selection. Your individual Free Shipping transit times are visible in the cart. Just add your zipcode and state and you will see the approximate transit time for Free Shipping.
Free Shipping Items: When you see the "ships free" icon, it means that that particular item ships free even under the $49 minimum. If you add non-qualified items to the cart, shipping will again be charged until you reach the $49 minimum for whole order free shipping.
Free Expedited Shipping Items: When you see the "free expedited shipping" icon, it means that that particular item ships free even under the $49 minimum, and should arrive in 2-3 business days from time of processing. Other items in your order may ship with this method or may be subject to regular free shipping in a separate shipment. You are guaranteed that the qualifying items will be shipped with the expedited method, but the actual arrival time is not guaranteed. Qualifying items will be shipped at our discretion with methods that are estimated 2-3 business days, and shipper delays are exempt of our responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery
Items are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Express shipments such as 2-day and overnight shipments always go out the same day as long as cut-off time is met (please read next section regarding express shipping business days).
Weekend orders will be processed on the next normal working day. 99% of our items are in stock at our facility, though a few of our larger items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (e.g. co-sleepers, high chairs, etc.).
The cut off time for Express Shipments (2 Day, 3 Day, Overnight) orders is around 2:30 PM EST. Orders placed later than 2:30 p.m. may not go out until the following day. Keep in mind orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. will not go out until Monday. Overnight orders placed before cutoff on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
APO/FPO - We do ship to APO/FPO. Please be advised our standard method may not necessarily reach you in the 2-10 range. This is especially true for heavier packages that are shipped by Parcel Post as these are sent by boat rather than air. If you would like priority mail, please choose that method at checkout.
Express Shipments such as 2 Day and 3 Day only ship Monday through Friday. So please be advised that a 2 Day shipment placed on a Thursday will arrive on Monday, given that the two business days are Friday and Monday. Similarly a 3 Day package shipped on Wednesday will arrive on Monday, given that the business days are Thursday, Friday, and Monday.
Order doesn't qualify for Free Shipping or need a more expedited method? No Worries! We also offer a standard Flat Rate shipping of $6.95 OR you can choose from a list of real-time rates as low as $2.50 for lightweight First Class Mail Parcels!
At this time we have completely discontinued International shipping for a couple of reasons. 1. Too many of our suppliers restrict the sale of their products Internationally, so as not to compete with distributors in other countries. 2. Unfortunately, expense of shipping and fraudelent transactions make it not worth our time and effort.
As a workaround some of our Canadian customers choose to ship within the United States to a friend or border forwarding service.
Local residents in the Bloomington, Indiana area can opt to place orders online and use our Free warehouse pickup option at checkout. This can also be utilized for buying gifts off of a registry for local families. Please leave us some notes with your order as to who and when the order will be picked up. The items will be ready within 1 day of your order being placed. You will receive a shipping notification type email that indicates your order being ready for pickup. You will be emailed when your order is available for pickup and our pickup times.
If an insufficient address has been provided, and your order is sent back to us, you may either a) Have the items reshipped for a $15 charge or b) Request a refund minus upto a 15% restocking fee to cover applicable shipping and processing charges TGN has incurred in regards to your package. If you choose option b you are entitled to a breakdown of the charges that are being deducted from your refund.
If a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier (we use confirmation on delivery for all packages), and you have not received the items please contact the carrier with your tracking number and issue. TGN does not take responsibility for items that are marked as delivered as these scans are done via GPS to provide exact location of the scan. It is always encouraged to check with your neighbors or apartment office as this is most commonly where these packages end up.
