Great for newborns Now that my baby is older I think I prefer the ergo, seems like after you wear this awhile it needs to be readjusted, also hate how to put it on it has to touch the ground while you are wrapping it, I try to put it on before I leave the house if I remember, this is my favorite for newborns though Posted on 5/10/12 by Sadie

Great for small babies The Moby was my first carrier and I fell in love with wrapping. So soft, so snuggly, helped my oldest with colic and helped my youngest with breastfeeding. The Moby feels like a second womb to my boys when they were babies and once I would put them in they'd nuzzle up and fall asleep. It only worked up to 4 months though, because then my youngest was too heavy and it would sag. That is the only downside with a Moby style wrap, they do eventually sag so you'll need to get something else for a bigger baby and a toddler. Posted on 5/1/12 by Jenn

Great wrap I bought a Moby and then realized that you can make one yourself. It's just a big, long piece of fabric for a lot cheaper. It can also be a pain to put on. Posted on 4/27/12 by Molly

Awesome carrier I love this carrier it makes a Huge difference on my back no only from carrying my baby in my arms but also from other carriers. I did think that this was a more versitile product. I was under the impression there was more than one way to carry a baby in it. Even though he has to be facing inward I still love using the wrap. It is super comfortable for me and my son. Wonderful product! This is an amazing product for babies under 20 lbs. I wouldn't recommend it's use beyond that point, nor would I recommend parents try to do back carries in it. However, it is a wonderful life-savor with younger babies. Both of our kids loved it! Posted on 2/16/12 by Marie

Baby carrying warrior! I love the moby! It's best to have a super close snuggle hold with a newborn. The only thing that is sometimes an issue is that I feel the the baby's head rests on my collarbone. I just put a folded up burp cloth under his head and it's much more comfortable for both of us. Love it, but it has a learning curve I have used my Moby for 3 children, ages newborn to toddler, and it is so wonderful! I love it for newborns because I feel like I get the most secure fit. For an older baby it works well as a back carrier, once you get used to putting it on. As a back carrier, it works great for a toddler. It is a great all around wrap. Very cool product! The Moby Wrap is made out of very nice, soft fabric, so it is comfortable to wear, as well as comfortable against baby's skin. My daughter usually falls asleep within a few minutes in the Moby. It takes a lot of strain off of my back, compared to carrying my daughter in my arms. She is above average size for a 4 month old, but this still feels strong enough to hold her safely. My only complaint is that due to the length of fabric, it drags on the ground while you are wrapping it. I know you need the extra length to wrap multiple times for safety, but it is slightly awkward to put on at times. Overall though, its a nice product and I am happy with it. Posted on 10/5/11 by LUI

Best for newborns I love my Moby for newborns. It is the easiest way to snuggle them to your chest. This wrap is very forgiving too when it comes to spit ups and such - wash and dry and you're ready to go. I'm on my 3rd Moby now and hooked for life. Posted on 9/11/11 by 2dogs1cat
