This is my first cbd product and I started with the 8mg cbdistillery full spectrum. It's only been a week but I feel like it is helping calm my anxiety somewhat. I'm using 2 dropper full a day so i think my next purchase will be a higher strength. Definitely trial and error but so far so good!
